Cancellation Requests
Please initiate a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing your order. To do so, request cancellations by sending an email to aagman.info@gmail.com . Ensure that the email’s subject line includes both the reason for cancellation and the order number.
Orders cancelled within the initial two-hour may be eligible for a refund or credit note (subject to the discretion of our management). This credit note will be valid for 12 months and processed within 7 to 10 days.
In case of circumstances beyond our control leading to order cancellation, rest assured that a full refund will be issued, and neither party will incur any liability.
Refunds or Returns (Outside India)
We’d like to inform our valued customers that products purchased outside India may not be eligible for return due to our stringent quality control. This decision is made to ensure the integrity of our products and provide you with a seamless shopping experience.

Product Condition
If a product requires a return, please ensure it is returned in its original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Returned products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Products with perfumes or body odour are considered used and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Timeline
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Product Care
Our products are dispatched after careful consideration. However, we acknowledge that shipping may affect product ironing. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any issues arising during shipping.
Majority of our items are hand-embroidered and, therefore, fragile in their usage. Beading/sequence displacement may occur due to the nature of the work. We encourage you to wear these garments with care.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain items such as custom-made orders, altered items, stitched clothing, plus-size items, special delivery orders, men’s wear, kid’s wear, Sarees stitched with Custom Blouse or petticoat, Lehenga Cholis if the blouse/choli or lehenga has been custom stitched and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
