Note – If there are any alteration that needs to be done to the product, shipping time may vary b depending on the extent of the changes required.

The colours of the products on our website have been portrayed as accurately as possible, however, monitors and screens of electronics devices differ in their display of colour, so it may slightly vary depending on the display screen.

We will  try to ship it in single shipment if they are all ready  or split the order into multiple shipments if your products have different alterations time .

   8.Why is my order being Cancelled? 

We generally do not cancel orders but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we may have to cancel an order. Our support team will keep you posted if your order has been cancelled.

Yes, we ship orders worldwide.  

   11. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UNSTITCHED, SEMI-STITCHED AND READYMADE PRODUCTS? 

Unstitched products are fabric materials which can be stitched by the customer to your exact size. 

Semi-stitched products come half-stitched. For example, semi-stitched lehengas have a blouse material but the skirt is half-stitched. So, you will have to tailor it to your size. 

Readymade products are ready to wear according to pre-set sizes like S, M L, XL etc. 

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. 

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us on +91 9925006893   to assist you on the same. 

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange. 

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when: 

  1. The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability. 
  2. The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us on +91 9925006893  within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
